• Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 business days after confirmation
• Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Remote / North-East regions: up to 10 business days

Standard shipping applies on single-polo orders. Free shipping on orders above ₹799.

Combo carts of 3 or 5 almost always clear free shipping. Exact charge is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Exchange window

7-day exchange on unworn polos with tags intact. Raise a request on Contact with your order phone number.

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Size exchanges are prioritised when stock allows
• Return shipping for exchanges is shared case by case

Secure payment

All orders are prepaid via Razorpay — UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, netbanking, and wallets. Payment is encrypted end-to-end. GST invoice available on request.
